个人简述

张青天,副教授,硕士生导师。2013年毕业于中国科学技术大学凝聚态物理专业,获理学博士学位。20136月到20164月在香港城市大学物理及材料科学系工作,任副研究员。20164月进入广东工业大学任副教授。主要从事新材料与纳米器件、新材料器件模拟、量子输运与自旋电子学、拓扑绝缘体的研究,发表第一作者SCI索引论文10多篇。首次提出了一种在单层石墨烯中生成自旋流的器件,这项研究成果被认为是“a big step toward the development   of   useful graphene  spintronic devices”并且被Physics   World,  Physicsorg,   Eurekalert, Nanotechweb, AIP Public Release 等著名媒体报道。
