潘湛昌,参加工作以来一直从事物理化学和应用化学的科研与教学,讲授研究生课程应用电化学及研究方法,高等化工热力学,讲授本科课程:物理化学。物理化学实验,应用电化学;广东省质量工程《物理化学与胶体化学》课程负责人;轻工化工学院应用物理化学科研团队负责人;中国有色金属学会冶金物理化学学术委员会委员,广东省表面工程标准化技术委员会委员。广东省、广州市科技专家库成员,企业省部科技特派员。2013年以来主持广东省自然科学基金项目1项,广东省科技计划项目3项;申请和授权发明专利和实用新型专利多件,其中转让3件;发表论文多篇,其中SCI收录16篇(其中16篇,25篇),2014年第二届广东省大学生化学实验竞赛三等奖(指导老师),2015广东省大学生挑战杯三等奖(指导老师);2015广东省优秀学生(指导老师);2016年优秀研究生导师;2016年广东工业大学优秀教学成果一等奖。
