个人简述:

    韩雅,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,广东工业大学“青年百人”引进人才。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目;发表SCI/EI学术论文20余篇。主要研究方向为薄膜铌酸锂集成光子技术在雷达和通信系统中的应用:

1)基于混合集成技术的外腔激光器,包括可调谐连续激光器、锁模激光器等;

2)无源、有源集成光子器件,包括光学滤波器、模式转换器、耦合器、激光器、放大器等

3)智能优化算法,包括逆向设计等
