罗莉:博士,教授。广东工业大学物理与光电工程学院硕士导师。
武汉大学本科,硕士毕业,中山大学博士毕业,香港大学博士后,美国休斯顿大学访问学者,近年来一直从事离子掺杂半导体功能材料的制备和光物理机理研究。取得了较好的成果,在Adv.Mat, Appl.Phys.Lett,J.Appl.Phys, Chem.Phys.Lett上发表SCI论文40余篇.
目前的研究方向主要包括
1铁电薄膜的光伏效应。
其中包括窄带隙铁电薄膜制备和高效铁电薄膜太阳能电池的制备及其器件性能调控,研究晶胞结构和化学取代对铁电材料的电子结构和光吸收性质的影响;研究铁电薄膜极化,晶体结构、应力、薄膜厚度、界面对载流子寿命的影响;研究光的偏振对载流子输运的影响。
