张丹,讲师,青年百人。20126月毕业于湘潭大学获物理学理学学位,20177月毕业于中国科学院大学福建物质结构研究所获得工学博士学位,2017~2021年期间在中山大学开展科研工作。主要研究宽禁带半导体材料的生长、自由载流子调控、能带调控及高性能日盲紫外探测器制备。以第一作者及通讯作者Adv. Funct. Mater., ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., Sci. China Mater., Appl. Phys. Lett. Adv. Electro. Mater. IEEE Electr. Device L.SCI期刊发表论文多篇。先后主持国家青年项目、广东省基金区域联合基金、博士后面上项目、高校青年教师培育项目、校青年百人计划等科研项目,参与国家及省部级科研项目多项。
