黄权东,博士,硕士研究生导师,IEEE Senior Member, 广东工业大学“青年百人A计划”特聘副教授。主要从事集成光子学器件与光纤器件。

隶属于先进光子技术研究院,团队专注于光子芯片、光通信、光传感等方面的研究工作。

 

科研要求

在文献阅读方面,需能围绕研究课题,系统检索、筛选并精读本领域经典及前沿文献,准确把握研究背景、发展脉络与技术演进逻辑;在阅读中注重批判性思考,能够识别不同研究间的关联与差异,发现现有工作的局限性与潜在研究方向。

在学术讨论方面,应主动、定期与导师沟通,讨论前准备充分,能够将阅读所得内化为有逻辑的研究思考,并提出明确的疑问或初步设想;讨论过程中注重互动与思辨,认真听取导师建议并及时调整研究思路;讨论后能够形成有效纪要,明确下一步研究计划,推动科研工作有序、高效开展。

 

产学研结合希望大家在完成科研任务的同时,能够结合产学研项目积极参与实习。这不仅是工程实践的机会,更有助于拓展研究思维,让学术工作更具问题导向与应用价值

 

研究生培养:

本课题研究方向为集成光电器件(例如:模分复用器、调制器、光开关)、光纤器件(例如:模式转换器、传感器)及二维材料功能性器件,理论与应用结合较为紧密,技能要求较为综合。培养方案包括:理论知识——集成光学、高等光学、电磁场与电磁波等;软件使用技能——COMSOLAnsys Lumerical FDTDAnsys HFSSOrigin等;编程技能——Matlab;实验技能——光刻技术、光电器件测试等;文献技能——文献调研、英文论文写作。对口就业岗位包括:攻读国内外知名大学博士研究生、光学工程师、测试工程师等。
