科研方向:
1、药物晶体学,包括药物结构优化及结晶过程研究,药物同质多晶/无定型/共晶/盐及其药学性质研究等,重点在糖尿病药物研究;
2、新型药剂学,包括药物制剂新技术、药物缓控释制剂、新型抗癌组合疗法多功能复合纳米材料的设计及应用;
3、新一代人工智能驱动的药物研发和生产(联合本校国家重点实验室团队指导),包括药物研发、工艺规划、制药工厂设计与绿色生产运行优化中的垂域大模型、生成式人工智能(GenAI)、物理介导Agentic AI以及可解释物理信息神经网络(PINN)等应用基础研究。
个人简介:
徐凯林,博士/副教授/硕士生导师,香港大学访问学者,广东工业大学“青年百人计划”A层次引进人才,生物医药学院制药工程系教师,学校“十佳授课教师”。目前研究主要集中在药物晶体学、新型药剂学、新一代人工智能驱动的药物研发与生产等领域;重点在糖尿病药物的研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、广东省自然科学基金面上项目1项、广州市基础与应用基础研究项目1项、广东工业大学“青年百人计划”科研项目1项,参与国家重点研发计划项目2项。已在包括International Journal of Pharmaceutics, ChemComm, Chemical Engineering Science, Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews, CrystEngComm, Journal of Cleaner Production等SCI期刊上发表学术论文50余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文20余篇,入选ESI 1%高被引论文4篇;授权美国发明专利1项、中国发明专利2项,申请中国及美国专利多项;担任International Journal of Pharmaceutics, International Journal of Production Research,IEEE Trans.等国际期刊审稿专家。
