个人简述
主要面向半导体、电子陶瓷、非晶合金、复合材料等难加工材料精密、超精密加工机理、与工艺研究;面向难加工材料超精密加工的超硬材料工具设计、制造技术;高导热材料与器件的制造与加工技术、新型耐磨材料、纳米增强复合材料制造技术。
主持国家自然科学基金3项、广东省科技计划和自然科学基金项目3项,参与国家基金重点项目1项,广州市和佛山市重点项目2项。发表论文50余篇,其中SCI/EI收录论文30余篇,授权发明专利20项,获得机械工业联合会科技进步特等奖1项(排名12)、广东省自然科学二等奖(排名3)1项。
