一、个人简介:伍尚华博士,广东工业大学特聘教授、博士生导师,兼任中国机械工程学会增材制造专委会和工程陶瓷专委会成员以及中国专业标准化技术委员会委员。伍尚华教授长期从事先进材料和先进制造技术的研究,先后在世界一流实验室和跨国公司从事科研创新工作,已经拥有超过300项已获授权或正在审理的专利核心技术。在Advanced Materials, Additive Manufacturing , Journal of Advanced Ceramics等业内主流刊物上发表科研论文150多篇。主要研究方向包括(1 陶瓷材料与金属陶瓷增材制造(3D打印)(2)半导体与集成电路制备核心陶瓷部件研发(3)难加工材料的高速高效加工。伍尚华教授致力于把工业界的实战经验及最新的科学知识与先进技术带到教学与科研中,以培养出能够掌握最先进的知识和技术,有能力在全球范围内的竞争中脱颖而出的创新型人才。

 

 

二、教学成果

(一)指导学生获得奖励情况:

1国家基金委留学奖学金:两名硕士研究生入选广东工业大学“研究生拔尖创新人才培育计划”培育对象,进入博士生阶段后入选国家基金委公派留学项目。

(2)研究生国家奖学金:共 11 名学生获得研究生国家一等奖学金。

(3)广东工业大学优秀硕士学位论文: 1名学生获得广东工业大学优秀硕士学位论文。

4广东省优秀研究生:共3名学生获得“广东省优秀研究生”。

5广东工业大学优秀博士后计划:出站的 11 名博士后均在高校或科研院所从事科研与教学工作。目前在站优秀博士后5 名,其中1 人入选“广东省珠江人才计划/扬帆计划”。

(二)所指导硕士研究生中多名学生申请硕博连读或者申请考核留下课题组攻读博士学位。
