个人简述

北京科技大学材料学博士,广东工业大学青年百人计划(2019年)。主要从事以低维纳米材料、能源能量转换材料为基础的新型钙钛矿太阳能电池、低维异质结光电功能器件的基础与应用研究,取得了多项原创性研究成果,在Adv. Mater.Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.Nano Lett.Adv. Sci.Small MethodsMater. Horiz.Solar RRLAdv. Mater. InterfacesInorg. Chem. Front国际知名学术刊物上发表SCI论文近20篇。所在黄少铭教授团队拥有广州市低维材料与储能器件重点实验室等平台,实验条件完备,配备有SEMEDSEBLAFMRaman/PLXRDUV-VisBET、纳米操纵、热阻蒸发镀膜、电化学工作站、太阳光模拟器、半导体测试仪、角分辨光谱、静电纺丝等大型仪器设备。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项。

主要研究领域:1. 高效稳定钙钛矿太阳能电池的设计构筑;2. 低维异质结光电功能器件的制备与应用。
