胡晓敏博士现为广东工业大学计算机学院副教授,硕士生导师,中国计算机学会(CCF)会员,电子电器工程师学会(IEEE)会员,美国计算机学会(ACM)会员。

胡晓敏博士于2006年和2011年分别于中山大学获工学学士和博士学位,广东工业大学青年百人A类人才引进。胡晓敏博士的研究领域包括计算智能建模与优化,数据挖掘,大数据分析等。已承担和主持多项国家和省部级科研项目,包括国家自然科学基金,主持广东省自然科学基金,承担国家自然科学基金-广东联合基金重点项目等。围绕上述研究工作,已在相关领域国际期刊和会议上共发表学术论文40余篇,包括IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation等国际期刊上发表SCI收录的论文。
