主要从事基于生态位构建理论的集合种群、寄生系统和流行病学系统的微分动力学分析和空分布结构动态、协同进化动态和进化复杂性研究。目前已发表学术论文30余篇,主持国家自然科学面上基金和青年基金各一项,参与各类科研项目5项。
