个人简述

赵端,女,青年百人特聘副教授,硕士生导师。2008年毕业于四川大学材料科学与工程学院,获理学学士学位;2014年毕业于中科院物理所,获理学博士学位。研究方向集中于:半导体纳米材料的可控制备、光学性能调控,以及半导体纳米激光器的微型化。取得的成果发表在Nano Energy, Nanoscale, J. Phys. Chem. C, J. Phys. Chem. Lett., Adv. Funct. Mater.等国际权威学术期刊上,发表SCI论文20余篇。其中,代表性工作是在亚波长尺寸的ZnO纳米线中实现了室温下低阈值、单模式、WGM激子极化激元激射,推动了半导体纳米线激光器的微型化进展。目前,仍致力于半导体纳米线激光器的微型化研究及其在半导体激光器芯片中的应用。
