个人简述


教授/博士生导师,2006年博士毕业于湖南大学,2010--2011年新加坡国立大学访问学者;主要研究方向:激光微纳加工和微纳3D打印。主要面向电子制造领域的光电材料、半导体材料和器件开展激光加工基础理论与方法、加工过程建模仿真与检测技术、微纳3D打印技术等研究。

主持完成了20多项国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划、广东省自然科学基金、广东省重点研发计划等国家、省、市级及企业委托项目,第一作者或通讯作者在机械工程学报、中国科学、JMPT等国内外知名期刊发表研究论文60多篇,第一发明人授权专利30余件。担任中国光学学会激光加工专业委员会副秘书长,广东省机械工程学会特种加工分会秘书长,广东省激光产业技术创新联盟专家委员会副主任、广东省激光行业协会副秘书长等学术团体职务。担任国内外知名刊物通讯审稿人,国家自然科学基金等项目评审专家,多次受邀在CLEOSPIELTO等国内外重要学术会议邀请报告。个人获“20172018年度广东工业大学优秀研究生导师等称号。

担任工程训练国家级实验教学示范中心主任,工程训练国家一流课程、广东省一流课程负责人;主持完成了省部级、校级教学研究项目10项,获得校级教学成果奖二等奖1项,广东省高等学校教学管理学会教育教学改革优秀案例1项,发表教改论文7篇,参编教材1部,指导本科生在国家级、省级学科竞赛获奖16项,指导大学生创新项目30多项,多次受邀国内教学研究会议邀请报告。

指导2014级研究生江伟获“2018年度广东工业大学优秀硕士学位论文“2016-2017年度广东省优秀学生(研究生阶段)“2017届广东工业大学优秀毕业生;指导2014级研究生江伟、2016级研究生何志键获得研究生国家奖学金;指导的研究生在新加坡国立大学、华南理工大学、北京理工大学等国内外知名大学升造,以及在华为、大族激光、广汽集团、珠海格力等国内外知名激光加工公司和大型企业工作。

激光微纳加工研究中心现有飞秒/皮秒/纳秒激光加工系统、1064/532/355nm波长DPSS固体激光器和光纤激光器等一批先进激光加工基础平台,拥有超快成像光谱仪、声发射检测仪、高速摄影仪、接触角测量仪等一批检测仪器。
