广东工业大学生物医药学院生物工程系教师。博士,教授。国家留学基金委资助美国佐治亚大学食品安全中心访问学者。主要研究方向为食源微生物安全和微生物应用技术,主要涉及到食品安全、环境卫生领域病原微生物的检测及其安全性评估,以及微生物在环境、能源及化工领域的应用。
