【简介】

主要从事先进电子封装工艺与装备、半导体湿法刻蚀加工技术与器件、激光加工技术与装备等方向研究。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目1项、国家重点研发计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金2项、GF重大工程项目1项、中央军委装备预研领域基金1项、广东省重点研发计划项目等科研项目近20项。在科学出版社出版专著1部,发表SCI论文70多篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者在Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsSmallNano Letters等国际专业期刊上发表40篇;获发明专利授权130多件,其中第一发明人获美国发明专利授权11件、中国发明专利授权74件。担任SCI 1区期刊International Journal of Extreme Manufacturing青年编委、广东省半导体装备及零部件学会副理事长等。获国家科技进步二等奖(2023,排名第三)、广东省技术发明一等奖(2023,排名第二)、中国机械工业科学技术一等奖(2022,排名第二)、广东专利金奖(2022,排名第二)、湖南省优秀博士论文(2017)、高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术)一等奖(2015,排名第五)、广东省科技进步一等奖(2018,排名第六)、机械工业联合会科技进步二等奖(2018,排名第九)、香江学者年会最佳海报奖(2019)等。入选国家优青(2024)、广东省科技创新青年拔尖人才计划(2022)、香江学者计划(2017)。
