朱卫平，湖南双峰人，广东工业大学特聘副教授（青年百人计划）。博士毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学，师从Prof. Yang En-hua。学术研究方向为：低碳混凝土材料、固废资源化等。熟悉中国和新西兰结构设计规范和工程应用。
